Account and registration

No. Each person is permitted to hold one jpspin account only. Creating multiple accounts under one name, email, or payment method violates our terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance. If you forget your login details, use the password reset feature instead of opening a new account. If you have accidentally created duplicate accounts, contact our support team immediately so we can help you consolidate or close the extra account. We monitor for duplicate registrations and enforce this rule consistently.

Yes. We accept deposits and withdrawals via virtual accounts with all four Indonesian banks: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you choose a bank transfer at deposit, we generate a unique virtual account number for you. Transfer the exact amount from your bank account to that number, and the deposit appears in your jpspin balance once the transfer clears during banking hours (typically within one to two hours on business days; longer during holidays like Idul Adha). For withdrawals, transfer goes to the same bank account you deposited from. We also accept e-wallets: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for faster processing.

On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your username or email address. We send a password reset link to your registered email. Open the link, enter a new password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols), and confirm. You can then log in with your new password. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or wait a few minutes and try again. If the link still does not arrive, contact our support team with your username and registered email; they can help reset your password manually.
